We used Josh for selling and buying. He was excellent at fielding multiple offers and helping us pick the best one. He also showed us 20+ houses and was very creative in writing quality offers that did not have to be the highest offer. We were even able to occupy our new house before closing on the house we sold and the one we bought. Highly recommend him!
